Almond Coconut Chewy Bars

1 cup KOS Vanilla Protein
1 cup oats
½ cup almond butter
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
⅓ cup almonds and pumpkin seeds
4 tbsp agave syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping:
Sea salt, for sprinkling

Heat peanut butter, coconut oil, agave and vanilla in a saucepan over low heat.

Stir in protein powder until smooth, then fold in oats, shredded coconut, chia seeds, almonds and pumpkin seeds. Place in pan lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle coconut and sea salt over the tops of the bars.

Store in fridge for 1 hour.
