Prepare to immerse yourself in a symphony of flavors and textures, as you enjoy these delightful popsicles. Red Layer
 ½ cup water
 ½ cup strawberries
White Layer
 ½ cup coconut meat chunks(Can use 1 cup coconut milk + maple syrup instead of coconut chunks)
 ½ cup water
 ½ tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Blue Layer
 ½ cup water
 ½ cup blueberries
 ½ tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Red Layer

In a blender, combine water and strawberries.

Blend until smooth.

If you prefer some texture, add a handful of diced fresh strawberries and pulse a few times to incorporate.

Pour the red mixture into the popsicle molds, filling them approximately one-third of the way up.

Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 2 hours or until partially set.

White Layer

In the blender, combine coconut meat chunks, water, maple syrup (if using).

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Carefully pour the white mixture on top of the partially set red layer in the popsicle molds, leaving approximately one-third of the space for the final layer.

Freeze for at least 2 hours or until partially set.

Blue Layer

In the blender, combine water, blueberries, blue spirulina, maple syrup (if using).

Blend until smooth.

Gently pour the blue mixture on top of the partially set white layer in the popsicle molds.

If you like, you can also add a few fresh blueberries into the blue mixture for added texture and flavor.

Freeze the popsicles for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
