These Açaí - Blueberry Yogurt Bites are not only incredibly delicious but they're also packed with plant-powered nutrients

For the jam - in a small pan, heat blueberries and water to boil. Mash with a fork, it doesn’t have to be perfect. Cook for 3-5 minutes, add ground chia seeds and KOS Acai Juice Powder. Turn off the stove and mix it all together.
Allow it to cool completely first. With a spoon, drop small clusters of the jam onto a plate and put in the freezer for at least an hour.
When ready, pour yogurt into a bowl and drop your jam clusters. Carefully with a fork flip them on each side, making sure they are coated on both sides
Put it in the freezer for at least an hour. Enjoy!
