  2 ½ cups flour
  1 cup KOS Organic Cacao Powder
  1 scoop of Chocolate KOS Protein
  1 ½ cups coconut sugar
  1 ½ cups almond milk
  ⅓ cup warm water
  ⅓ cup coconut oil
  ¼ cup peanut butter
  3 oz dark chocolate chunks
  1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  1 ½ tsp baking powder
  1 pinch fine sea salt
Topping
  2 oz dark chocolate chunks
  2 tbsp almond milk
Step
For the cake:

Preheat your oven to 355F and brush your cake pan with oil.

Carefully melt your dark chocolate and let it cool down for several minutes.

In a bowl, combine the sugar with the coconut oil and the peanut butter. Once combined, add in the melted chocolate.

In another bowl, combine the flour with the KOS Protein, KOS Cacao Powder, the baking powder, and salt.

One by one, add the flour mixture, milk, and water to the sugar-oil mixture and stir until everything is well combined.

Lastly, add the apple cider vinegar, stir to combine, and then pour into your cake pan

Bake the cake at 355F for about 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

For the icing:

For the icing, carefully melt the chocolate and let it cool down.

Stir in the almond milk and immediately distribute on the cake. Optionally, you can add more milk to thin out the consistency of the icing.
