 2 pasture-raised eggs
 ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
 ½ cup pure maple syrup
 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
 ½ cup coconut oil, melted
 3 medium bananas, very ripe
 1 ⅔ cups white whole wheat flour
  cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
 1 ½ tsp baking soda
 1 ½ tsp baking powder
 ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Combine all wet ingredients, except eggs, together in a stand mixer until nice and creamy. Then add in eggs and mix until just combined

In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients and whisk for about 30 seconds to ensure leavening agents are well dispersed. Then add in mini chocolate chips and evenly coat with flour mixture

Add dry ingredients into the wet and mix until well combined

Transfer to a lightly greased 9x5 loaf pan and bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until a knife comes out MOSTLY clean. If it's completely clean, your loaf will be a little dry

Allow to cool for about 15-20 minutes and enjoy
