 ½ tbsp pure maple syrup
 ½ tbsp pure vanilla extract
 ¼ tsp baking powder
 ½ cup plant-based milk
 1 tbsp dairy free mini chocolate chips
 1 tbsp flaxseed, ground
 2 ½ tbsp water

In a small bowl, mix flaxseed and water together and set aside and preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

In a blender add all ingredients except chocolate chips together and mix until well combined

Pour into an small oven-safe dish

Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and bake for 20 minutes
