 6 tablespoons of smooth almond milk
 1 teaspoon of baking powder
 1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and almond milk until smooth.

Add the protein powder, baking powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the bowl. Mix well to combine all the ingredients into a luscious batter.

Preheat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease the surface.

Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the preheated pan, allowing it to spread naturally into a circular shape. Cook until bubbles form and burst, then flip the pancake and cook until golden brown on the other side.
