 1 block extra firm tofu
 1 ½ cups plant-based milk of choice
  cup maple syrup
 2 tsp vanilla extract
 2 cups almond flour
 1 cup chocolate chips

In a blender, add the tofu, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Combine until a liquid is formed.

Transfer to a bowl, and stir in KOS’s vanilla protein powder and the almond flour until a dough is formed. You can add 1 to 2 tablespoons of plant-based milk if needed.

Fold in the chocolate chips. Enjoy for up to 3 days in the fridge.
