
Cream butter, sugar, and maple syrup together until well combined
Scrape down side of bowl, then add vanilla and egg and mix until just incorporated
Mix flour and KOS whole latte gold together and add to wet mixture
Form into 3" x 7" log, wrap, and place in refrigerator to chill for at least an hour
When ready, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, unwrap rectangle and cut into 1/2 inch sections
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until just set
