 ¾ cup plant-based milk
 ½ tsp chia seeds
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 1 tsp pure maple syrup
 ½ tsp flaxseed, ground

Blend ingredients together until kale is well shredded (about 1 minute)

Pour into microwave safe bowl and cook for 1 minute

Stir and microwave for additional 30 seconds depending on desired consistency
