 3 scoops KOS Vanilla Protein Powder
 ½ cup old-fashioned oats
 6 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
 6 tbsp water
 1 tbsp poppy seeds
 ½ tbsp truvia
 1 tsp freshly grated lemon zest

In a large bowl, combined the KOS, oats, poppy seeds, truvia, and lemon zest.
