 3 Ripe Bananas
 ½ cup Oat Milk
 2 Eggs (or sub flax eggs)
  cup Pure Maple Syrup
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
 ½ tsp Baking Powder
 ½ tsp Baking Soda
 ½ cup Dairy Free Mini Chocolate Chips
 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
 1 cup Oat Flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease the bottom of a non-stick, 12-cup muffin tin

In a medium bowl, combine all wet ingredients together

In a larger, separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients

Form a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet mixture. Using a fork, stir until fully combined

Fill muffin cups evenly and bake for 15 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean
