 2 cups blanched almond flour
 ¼ cup KOS psyllium husk powder
 4 large egg
 ½ cup warm water
 ¼ cup coconut oil
 1 tbsp baking powder
 ½ tsp sea salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 9x5" pan with parchment paper.

In large bowl, stir almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and sea salt.

Stir in eggs and melted coconut oil, then warm water.

Transfer batter to pan.

Smooth the top evenly.

Sprinkle on pumpkin seeds.

Bake for 55-70 minutes. Cool completely before removing from the pan.
