Pumpkin Cashew Dip

2 cups soaked cashews
½ cup pumpkin puree
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lemonsqueezed
3 garlic cloves
1 scoop Red Reishi powder
1 scoop KOS Lion's Mane powder
1 scoop KOS Cordyceps powder
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne

Cover your cashews in 4 cups of water, set aside for 4+ hours, then drain.

Add all ingredients in a food processor, slowly incorporating the olive oil and lemon juice.⠀⠀⠀

Once fully blended out, top with a drizzle of olive oil and enjoy!
