Pumpkin Pie Parfait

1 cup pumpkin puree
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 scoops KOS Vanilla Protein
½ cup coconut yogurt
¼ cup granola

In a medium mixing bowl, use a spatula to fold Cinnamon and KOS Vanilla Protein into pumpkin puree.

In a mason jar, create alternating layers of pumpkin mousse, coconut yogurt, and granola as desired.
