68 tbsp aquafaba (liquid from beans)
¼ cup olive oil
½ cup tahini
¼ cup lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
½ tsp cumin (optional)
Red
½ tsp beetroot powder
Yellow
Blue
¼ tsp luminous blue spirulina
Orange
⅓ red pepper
1 steamed carrot
¼ tsp lion's mane powder
Purple
¼ tsp luminous blue spirulina

Make hummus base by combining all ingredients into a food processor or blender and mix until smooth and creamy
