 1 tbsp chia seed powder
 1 tbsp flaxseed powder
 1 cup almond milk
 apple
 cinnamon
 chia seed
 walnuts

Combine the oatmeal and almond milk in a bowl. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes or until the oats are cooked. ⠀⠀⠀

Add the chia seed powder and flaxseed powder. Let oatmeal sit for 3-4 minutes.⠀

Top with sliced apple, chia seeds, and walnuts. Sprinkle cinnamon and enjoy!
