Indulge in the essence of autumn with our delectable Vegan Thanksgiving Pie, a celebration of flavors that will leave your taste buds singing with joy. Crafted with care and compassion, this delightful dessert is a symphony of wholesome ingredients, ensuring a guilt-free feast for all.
 

Apple Mixture
 2 diced apples
 vanilla extract
  cup coconut sugar
 cinnamon
Crumble
 ½ cup almond flour
 1 tsp baking powder
 1 tbsp coconut sugar
 2 tbsp melted vegan butter

Combine diced apples with vanilla, cinnamon, and coconut sugar. Mix well and place in a baking dish.

In a separate bowl, add almond flour, KOS Vanilla Protein Powder, baking powder, coconut sugar and vegan butter. Mix well to combine. Texture should be slightly dry and crumbly.

Top the apple mixture with some sliced, cold pieces of vegan butter and then top with the crumble mixture. Sprinkle with some flaky sea salt.

Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes, until nice and bubbly.

Serve in a bowl, top with some cocowhip and enjoy!
