Fluffy chocolate pancakes packed with protein that are both vegan and gluten free

 1 ¼ cups oat flour
 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
 1 cup + 2 tbsp cashew milk
 2 tsp baking powder
 ¼ tsp baking soda

Combine all dry ingredients together and whisk until leavening agents are well dispersed

Add in milk and apple cider vinegar and mix until nice and smooth

Heat skillet on medium heat and pour 1/4 cup batter into pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes, flip and cook another minute
