White Chocolate Cranberry Protein Bars

 ½ cup whole rinsed and dried chickpeas
 ½ cup quick outs
  cup dried apricots
 3 tbsp chia seed powder
 1 tsp cinnamon
 1 tsp vanilla extract
  cup almond milk

In a blender, combine your oats, chia powder, and apricots. Blend until chopped. Pour into a large mixing bowl.

Blend chickpeas until broken down into a chopped mixture.

Add chickpeas to apricot/oat mixture.

Add in milk, cinnamon, salt, and cranberries. Mix all together.⠀

Press batter into well-oiled or greased 9×9 pan. Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes.

After baking, let cool and then cut into desired protein bar size.
